Biography

Dr. Miyaki was born and grew up here in Hawaii. After graduating from Bringham Young University, Utah, she worked as a research assistant at University of University of Hawai‘i Mānoa. As a dedicated Sleep Specialist with advanced training in sleep medicine, she is committed to helping individuals achieve better, healthier sleep specializes in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders such as insomnia, sleep apnea, circadian rhythm disorders, and other sleep-related conditions.  Using evidence-based practices and a patient-centered approach, she works closely with patients to identify underlying sleep issues and develop personalized treatment plans that support long-term well-being. She believes quality sleep is essential to physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance.  She strives to improve sleep outcomes and empower patients to take control of their sleep health.  She continues to serve the underserved by volunteering her time whether in community outreach or medical events.
