Hawaii Pacific Neuroscience www.HawaiiNeuroscience.com is recruiting Chief of Staff (COS) to join our world class health system. The Chief of Staff (CoS) serves as a high-level strategic advisor and “right hand” to the CEO, focuses on high-impact strategic initiatives, executive decision support, and cross-departmental alignment. The role may be held by a physician who also maintains active clinical practice and reports to the CEO.
Strategic Planning & Execution: Assist leadership in developing and tracking measurable clinical goals, such as expansion plans or new service line rollouts.
Operational Oversight: Manage current Care Pathways, accreditation & new projects from ideation to completion
Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a bridge between medical staff (physicians/APPs) and the administrative team to ensure smooth communication and policy adherence.
Compliance & Risk Management: Monitor adherence to HIPAA and other state/federal healthcare/FDA regulations.
Organizational Health: Gauge staff morale and culture, identifying bottlenecks in workflows to improve provider satisfaction and patient throughput.
Experience:- Typically 5+ years in healthcare leadership, strategy, or operations.
Clinical Background:- 5+ years in clinical medicine
Key Skills:- Strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, project management, and “influence without authority”.

General Neurologist to join our exciting and growing program. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated superior skills in multiple aspects of general neurology, have established or seek to establish an active clinical practice, be involved in the instruction of residents and medical students, and be interested in participating in clinical studies. Proficient skills in EEG, EMG or experience with clinical research is a plus but not required and we will mentor and train.
