Menstrual Migraine Treatment and Prevention

If menstrual migraines are cramping your style, it’s time to let your voice be heard by others who understand. By participating in clinical research, you can help advance understanding of menstrual migraine.

Consider joining the MOSAIC Study.

A menstrual migraine clinical research study for adults is now enrolling.

The MOSAIC Study is a Phase 3 study evaluating the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of a study drug in adults with menstrual migraine.

There is currently no approved treatment for menstrual migraine. The study drug has been FDA approved for the treatment of acute migraine in adults. It is unknown whether the study drug is safe or effective for the prevention of menstrual migraine.

You may be eligible if:

Are at least 18 years old

Have experienced migraine attacks for at least 1 year

Have fewer than 15 headache days per month on average

Have confirmed, regular menstrual cycles within the range of 21-35 days in length

Experience migraine attacks at least 2 out of 3 cycles starting during the perimenstrual period (Day -2 to Day +3 relative to menses onset)

Are able to complete study questionnaires on an eDiary daily throughout the study, including during screening
